All merchandise purchased on EdmoureRalph.com is unconditionally guaranteed for 45 days from receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this time, please let us know and we will take care of you.

Returns
You must contact us at info@edmoureralph.com within 45 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to obtain a return number. Both the order number and return number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return. Return shipping to Edmoure Ralph is the responsibility of the customer. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Your refund will also include any custom tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.

Exchanges

We cannot process exchanges at this time. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for new merchandise. If you need assistance, please email us at info@edmoureralph.com.

Replacements
If a item is damaged upon delivery you must contact us within 15 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to process the replacement.
